Sunfish Valley Turkey Hunts

2025 Spring Season — 4/19 through 5/18

South Central Ohio is literally crawling with the Eastern species of wild turkey. Hunters are allowed to harvest one bird during the 2025 spring season in Ohio. Our turkey population is as high as it's ever been -- but that doesn't mean they aren't challenging or fun to hunt.

During the first 2 weeks of season, you are allowed to hunt until noon. On the last 2 weeks, you can hunt all day.

DIY Hunts

2025 Spring Season — 4/19 through 5/18

For the more experienced spring gobbler hunter, we offer do-it-yourself hunts. On these hunts, we show you several tracts of property to hunt, give you pointers, roost sites, etc. and you take it from there.

Cost is $200.00 per day, per person with a 2 day minimum
*Does not include lodging or meals. Lodging can be added for an additional fee.

Fully-Guided Hunts

2025 Spring Season — 4/19 through 5/18

For those hunters that need more assistance, we offer a fully guided option. These hunts are a great way not only to harvest a turkey, but also a great way to learn the basics of spring gobbler hunting. Our guides are willing to share their years of turkey hunting experience with you, and if you are a novice, their experience can really shortcut the learning process for you. It’s also a great way for the hunter who has a limited amount of time available to have the best chance of harvesting a mature bird.

Cost is $350.00 per day.
